    Timothy McCoy - Boston Area Franchise Restaurant Entrepreneur

    Timothy McCoy is a longtime Boston franchise restaurant owner and manager who guides companies including the T.H. McCoy Restaurant Group, LLC. Responsible for dozens of McDonald’s locations as well as 560 employees, Timothy McCoy delivers consistent results in terms of revenue and high quality products and services. His Boston team includes a director of operations, hiring manager, mechanic, and back office employees.

     

    Over the years Mr. McCoy has positioned his company as a community asset, and he has been active on the Ronald McDonald Charities of Eastern New England board. His leadership activities reflect a lifelong dedication to one of the leading global hospitality brands, with his father having opened his first McDonald’s in Massachusetts in 1967.

     

    Mr. McCoy’s early experience included a role as property manager with the Codman Company, and he maintains an extensive family led real estate portfolio. He oversees property and other investments through CER Management Co., which also handles family taxes and benefits. Timothy McCoy’s consistent business results, coupled with community outreach, have earned him distinctions such as the McDonald’s Market Share, Street Fighter, and People First awards.
